The privacy and personal-data protection policy of Systelab Technologies, S.A.
For the purposes of Spain's Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, Systelab Technologies, S.A. wishes to inform users of the existence of an automated personal-data file created by and for Systelab Technologies, S.A. under the latter's responsibility. Users accept having their data included in that file. Users expressly consent to this data being used for the purposes of providing the products and services included in the website, issuing users with bills for those products and services where applicable, and sending out to users by any means, including electronic means, offers and information on products and services in the fields of finance, insurance, telecommunications, energy, computing, training, information, tourism and travel, art, leisure, culture and entertainment, real estate, vehicles, food, consumption, gifts and any others of interest to users.
Users have the right to access, amend and cancel the data, or if applicable to oppose having their data processed, by sending a signed, written request to that effect addressed to Systelab Technologies, S.A., Can Malé, 08186 Lliçà d'Amunt, Barcelona, or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
, giving particulars of their full names, full addresses and e-mail addresses, for identification purposes. In the event of a user not wishing to receive any more information or advertising material in the future concerning the products or services distributed or provided by Systelab Technologies, S.A., he or she is asked to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
giving his or her full name and address and e-mail address, and stating his or her wish not to receive any more advertising materials.
Systelab Technologies, S.A. undertakes to comply with its obligation to keep personal data secret and its duty to keep them protected by suitable measures to ensure that they are not changed, lost, or subjected to non-authorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data as approved under Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July.
